Paul was a great friend to Norman Alden and myself. He also helped establish the Harvey Korman Golf Tournament on behalf of the Marianne Frostig Center in Pasdena, CA. He was the Chairperson for many years and helped to grow it to be one of the most successful charity golf tournaments of its time. He encouraged his family and friends to also be involved with the event. He and Renee opened their home for many involved with the Frostig Center. Thank you Paul for all that you have done on behalf of children with learning problems. You will be greatly missed and well remembered.

We are forever grateful to Paul! Paul began to fund Sebring's summer concerts eleven years ago! We have had many, many wonderful bands and musicians provide free entertainment to our community, all because Paul loved this town and wanted to show his support. A wonderful, caring, generous man...rest in peace dear friend. We will miss you!

trip to Memphis

Paul was a great family friend...Love him and Delaine both...we had a wonderful time on our trip to Memphis when they got married. My family and I  always had a great time when they would come home to visit, going downtown to hear the music, or spending time at their home, eating out. Always fun to be with Paul and hear countless stories of past and of today.   I always lookded forward to Paul and Delaine's visits ..Paul will be missed very much.

With Love,

Brenda Kelley

(Much Love to you Delaine xoxo)

70 years a friend

August 13, 2016

Paul was a great guy, loved people, outgoing, smart, caring and he seemed to know everything about anything that was close to his heart. Baseball, Golf, Politics, Family, Business, Cars, Music, Vinyl Records and Friends just to name a few.

When I first met Paul was Kindergarten, seventy years ago, but really didn't get to know him until after he was married and had a son and daughter and I would sometimes stop buy usually a Sunday evening and sometimes watch Bonanza, but that ended when Paul left Ohio for California and then would only see him for class reunions or when he was in town he would usually stop in for a short visit.

In the last twelve years became close to Paul and Renee when he purchased an old family home in Sebring that had belonged to his grandparents and he would stay there for several weeks in the summer. Was deeply saddened when Renee Passed suddenly.

A few years later visited Paul at his Cerritos and Indian Wells homes and country club that was a fun trip and In 2010 was Paul's best man when he married Delaine at the Elvis Presley chapel at Graceland in Memphis. After that Paul's health declined, he and Delaine made a couple more trips to Sebring and after that only spoke to Paul on the phone briefly for the next couple years. Delaine always kept us informed.

About when we were 20 he had a Corvette and I had a Pontiac Convertible that we traded for an evening so he could go on a double date with his wife and another couple. Well after that I had to have a Corvette and one story Paul always liked to tell, with great laughter, when we were 21 and I had my first Corvette he, I and another friend were traveling too fast on an S curve and wound up breaking through a basement wall of someone's house, Luckily no one was hurt. Guess it was funny just wasn't at that time. At 22 I married my lovely Patricia Sanders and started my own family.

I just got tears in my eye's so guess it's time to end this rant.
Love ya Paul rest in peace.
